Is the accessory wire hooked-up properly? You should hear the fuel pump priming before it starts cranking. If not, chances are its only got the starter wire hooked-up properly and not getting any fuel or spark.

The security bypass module probably lost it's programming.

Put the key in the ignition but don't turn it. Then try to start it with the remote starter. If it starts, then the module probably needs programming.

This would be where I start. It is not uncommon for the transponder bypass to lose program. You can do some research on the part if you like. Most common is the DEI 555F or equivilant. Any reputable shop should be able to reprogram it, or you can do it yourself. If for some reason it moved from the proper position, it may need to be moved a bit and then reprogramed.

If it remote starts with the key in the ignition I can guide you through reprogramming your bypass.

Test it first with the key in the ignition, then I'll go on.

You will need two different working keys. Have your remote for the remote starter ready.. Take the first key and put it in the ignition and turn it to run. Leave it on for about 5 seconds or until the security light turns off. Then immediately remove that key and do the same with the second. After you remove the second key hit start with the remote.. It will start and learn the bypass.

Ahh ****! If you have to put your unit in reservation mode to make it start then this will not work and you will have to use a universal transponder bypass (aka) key in the box..

Gotta find out what's in there fisrt. Could be pre-programmed bypass or key in box.

When you got it installed, did they say anthing about you losing or having to get a spare key??

Try to look under your dash for a small box. There will be a couple. Look for the one with the least amount of wires coming out of it. Grab the part number from it. Do you now what alarm system is in there?? It might help.
