Is it possible to remove the window louvres? Will it damage the windows or leave a mark?

It's going to leave some of the double sided tape behind, but it shouldn't damage the window. You'll probably need some brute strength to pull them off. Once you have them off you could use this stuff.

Get some plastic razor blades so you don't scratch up the window.

3M Adhesive Remover, Heat Gun/Hair Dryer, Dental Floss are a few, safe, ways to remove the tape residue.

the louvers come off so you can clean back there, just pull firmly while supporting the area around where the plastic velcro pieces are mounted, once the louver is off the car you can use a single edge razor blade to take the other plastic velcro piece of the window. there are three mounting surfaces total
