I have the mustang bumper inserts on my car right now, but they are starting to chip on some of the edges. I want to replace them with new ones but not sure of the best way to get the old one's off. anyone have any advise?

Are we talking about the "Mustang" letter inserts that are vinyl? Maybe some goo-gone or something simlar to help release the adhesive? If they are the metal type you could try something like dental floss along with goo-gone.
Good luck

I would think he's taking reflectors... I don't see how SS inserts could chip..

If its the reflectors, easiest way is to take the bumper off, each has 2 nuts I think.

If the lettering, fishing line and sticker remover and a trip to the pressure washer will thake care of it.

I used OOps! It comes in a white spray can with a red lid and can be found in the paint isle at your local wal mart. It worked great on my MUSTANG decals. It does not harm the paint or clear coat. Just peel back a piece and spray some of that between the bumper and the sticker. It eats the sticky stuff and the sticker will peel off easily. Have fun peeling.....
