I have 62000 on my 00 Silver GT and it is starting to idle a little rough. I pulled one spark plug and the tip was rounded with a white crusty residue on the arm. What kind should I replace them with and what caused the shape of the plugs

I use Denso Iridium plugs. They're pricey but are probably the best. If you don't do any racing or have wild mods I'd probably go with stock replacement Motorcraft or Autolites. The white crust is probably normal from the fuel additives. The rounding is normal wear.

It might be running lean or could be normal. Can you post a picture of it?
