I want to know too, I cant put my Sparco seats in until I get a new carpet.
Too bad I am waiting until the winter to do it all-the seats have to wait. Isnt this funny, I got some seats that almost ran me $2k but I cant put them in because I cant afford the $160 carpet.
Man life kicks you in the balls sometimes.

BTW how much more does the mass back carpet weigh over the standard? I'm still torn inbetween the two.
Can anyone help me figure out which to go with?
I need to make a decision sometime between now and next spring.

well only reason i went w/ the mass-backed is because they didn't make a regular black (not the 99+ "dark charcoal" or whatever they call it).

OT: i yanked everything out of the interior today to pull out the old carpet--new carpet should be here by friday. man, that was fun!

I got my carpet (standard) from texasmustang.com (same as 50resto) and it was a bit cheaper shipped.

I am thinking of replacing mine this winter. One of my friends got the acc stuff from 5.0resto for his fox and it faded on him quickly.

just got this today. i'm taking a break--man, it's not as easy to put in as i thought. the form is pretty good, but it's hard to tug and get into place.

cons: no pre-cut holes for the seats, seat belt bolts, no tabs that latch onto the door sills and rear area that the rear seats cover.

pros: heavy mass backing + jute--seems like this is gonna dampen road noise pretty well. it's NEW and doesn't stink and have stains up the kazoo!

i'm about done installing it, taking a break before i go out and get teh fit just right before i start cutting holes for the seat belt and seat bolts.

It doesent fit very well, the mass backing is kinda cool, but the whole deal just doesent fit right, the tunnel sits too high, and all my trim and sills are way too tight...to the point where the almost bust loose, well i guess thats what i get for trying to buy HIGHER quality products, my friends NORMAL replacement carpet from 50 resto fit 500% better than mine

no pics right now, sorry.

just got in from finishing up the install. sorry to hear about htat, juiced94, but mine actually fit quite well. it wasn't absolutely perfect--i had to trim along the sills and under the kick panels, and the rear that goes over the rear seat lip is a little to long, but other than that i'm very pleased w/ fitment.

sound deadening is considerable, i think. what i like most of all beside the uniformity of all black (not a big fan of the black/tan) is the atmospheric improvment--seems a lot less musty/hazy/humid w/ new carpet and w/out the cloth seats.
