I would not replace them they are in there pretty tight and a hassle. When I did mine I just threw new bushings on it. Doing the tubes (brackets) also would have made the job twice as hard. Be careful with the clamp on the steering shaft, just loosen the shaft clamp bolt, do not completely remove it (do not ask me why )
