Replacing the oil pressure sending unit

I'm having problems with the oil pressure reading low( no pressure) when the engine is cold. I think it is probably the sending unit, since the pressure looks fine when the engine warms up. I want to replace it. Where on the block is it located? Is it fairly easy to replace?

The oil pressure sending unit is right by your oil filter. It is easy to replace.
