My rack and pinion is shot, so I need a new one. What do you all recommend? Is it possible to use a Cobra one? If so, what years are compatible?

I've searched the topic but haven't realy found any useful information. Maybe I just suck at searching.

cobra one will fit no problem. they are really easy to do.

I have a Cobra rack, it's a direct swap out... Performs as expected!

i didnt notice any difference from the rack in general, howevr i went from stock everything with 110k miles to what i have now, so it was like a new car.

Great. That's what I wanted to hear. Thanks!

As far as "how do I know?" I took it to a shop to find out why my suspension was making so much noise. Turns out I need to replace a lot of things. The rack and pinion is just one. But what can you expect from a car 10 years old?
