1. They are almost totally silent at cruising
2. They do not drone at any rpm
3. They scream like a cat when you rev up

I think Dynomax haave done some reseach on noise cancelling (especially bass cancelling). The sound has a significant bass cut on idle compared to Super Turbos.

Possible drawbacks:

1. You will start hearing all sorts of sounds from the mechanical devices in your car

2. You might fall asleep while driving

Note: They are more silent than the Super-Turbos I had previously, both in 2 and 2+1 (transverse) muffler setups.

Note 2: I still have the rear resonators on tailpipes

Hi,
Thanks for the report. However, you left out another "draw-back".....
You can actually hear the tune box! LOL
Happy motoring!

I'd like to hear some clips also, in park revving until the flap opens for straight through. About what RPM does the flap open?

There are other ways to do that. A reproduction of a controllable muffler from the musclecar era can be switched loud/quiet from the dash.

I'd like to hear a sound clip from inside the car, cruising. Then hit the throttle!

You don't hear that much from inside. After I replaced shorty headers with Hipo manifolds and mufller, the sound really comes out behind the car and less inside.

But when I record the sound, I will try to record both inside and outside.

Those are pretty cool. I was going to go with electric cutouts, but at least those aren't so blatantly illegal in "loud" mode. At the same time, they list the volume at 2200+rpm as being 99-100db. 96db is the legal limit here.

I've been looking at getting these mufflers for awhile. They seemed to have some trouble with the internal flap in the first batch ,but from all the latest reviews that's no longer a problem.
looking forward to seeing/hearing the video. Maybe you could give us a WOT drive by

Waldron. It's a copy of the 67-70 Pontiac Vacuum Operated Exhaust. Aside from the repro, they also make them in other pipe sizes.

sound clip, finally!

Andrew Tacquard's Videos | Facebook

I don't think draw back number 1 or 2 applies for me, I can barely hear myself talk at idle. I am glad I didn't get some louder mufflers. These are with 3" and an x pipe. solid roller .672 lift about 260 duration at 50.

Oh yeah, there is nothing silent about mine.
