Fellow Stangnetters,

I recently moved back here to Newport, RI at the behest of Uncle Sam's Canoe Club. I am here without the family until next February and would really like to meet some local Mustang owners. I remember there being a few in Fall River the last time I was here (2000).

I did notice a flyer for a get together at Tasca Ford I believe sometime in August. Maybe I can meet a few fellow Fox owners there.

Welcome Back to the Ocean State. Tasca does have a round up, Just can't remember when the dates are. I'm sure if you go to neboc.org , it will show dates. They also have local cruise nights where a bunch of stangs hang out @ A&W in Smithfield, RI.

The car does have a different hood now and a built motor.

Just got in from the TASCA event!! What a blast!! This year's Tasca event pulled in over 400 Mustangs from all over New England as well as a few from Canada.

The 94-04 Mustang class had close to 60 cars!!!

This show was straight up AMAZING!!!

Racing Legends John Force and Robert Hight were on hand, as well as Ford icons Carroll Shelby and Bob Tasca Sr

A live band, a BBQ, and a horsepower dyno were just a few of the great attractions.

For those looking to "chill out", the TASCAFE' provided gourmet dining in the air conditioned showroom area of Cranston's most immaculate new car showroom.

Many of the local Mustang clubs were on hand such as NEBOC, MCCNE, LMMC, and quite a few others.

Hope all that attended had a great a time as we did!!!

Hope you are around the area for Saturday Sept 15th because we are having a show at Colt's state park in Bristol RI (in your backyard almost).. FYI We are also the club that puts on stuff like the A&W night as well as many RI local events..
