Hey everyone in this local,

Just returned from Tucson Arizona. Am a current member of the oldest mustang club in America.(since 1965). Was a pleasure being a member of that organization. Am now back in this part of the country with a few more wonderful cruising miles on my 05 GT. Man was it a blast to cruise through the states of Az, NM,TX,LA, Miss,AL, and finally Ga.

Was keeping my posts updated in the www.southgeorgiastangs.net forums, but have not been able to get back to the webpage since my return.

It's Saturday and am looking to cruise back into town to brag about my trip.

Glad to here you finally made it. Not sure whats going on with southgeorgiastangs. A couple of people from the site are over here though.

Thank you for the reply. Looks like I'll hang in here for a bit for updates. Just finished getting the last of the over the road dirt cleaned off the car & interior steamed cleaned. see y'all soon

Still,
As of this Sunday the SGS forum is still offline. Am glad to still have this forum, but not many from the Savannah Rincon area have appeared.

I haven't been able to log on for over a week. Matt's other site is down to. I think there was supposed to be a meeting this coming saturday. not sure though.

about 40 miles from Pooler. What do you guys do on w/e's? Any drag strips around?

Don't know about the strips or great car club hang outs. Just got back in town from Tucson Az. Taking my employees to River street friday eve though. Just getting to know everyone as soon as I can in the clubs. Seen a Roush on Hunter and two 05 v-6's. tons of other stangs including a older cobra (between 98 and 2004).

Any cruise in's this weekend?

Had a blast last night on River street. Yes I did take the 05 for a cruise on the River street.

Now just looking to see if there aer any cruise in's or gatherings this week end.

Feel left out since returning from Arizona

Been back in Savannah Georgia locations for a week now. Have not found any gatherings or meetings of the clubs. South Georgia Stangs webpage is corrupted and cannot contact anyone from that relm.

Lots of stangs in the area too.

I live in Rincon too. My stang is out of action right now but I know a couple of guys who hit the drag strip regularly on wed. and fri nights. They drive '70 mustangs both pretty fast. They probably know where all the hangouts and stuff are plus there is a mustang/ford club in savannah that has car shows once or twice a year i think at the savannah mall.

some of us that were on south georgia stangs are going to the moultrie swap meet on 11/19/05 and applebees afterwards if you want to try and make it.

Thank you for the updates on my queries. 1st Sorry about the stang being sidelined for a bit. Good to know that someone else lives out here in Rincon. Will have to buy ya breakfast sometime. Is sad that the toimming of SGS going offline and myself arriving back home. really wanted to hook up with some of the items to incorporate into the new club.

Where about is this swap meet located in reference to Rincon. Am a go to work go home , go back to work person so am about as clueless as they come. Am out in Lost plantation, last entrance before the Texaco station.

Nothing in the Horsepower arena. 300 is enough for me. did install the XM radio and Chase Directional lights.

About it. Yeah yeah am all for the clean show. Do enjoy the show of power from others on the strip though.
