May all of them RIP. This story sounds a little fishy to me?? They found the bodies in 3 diff rooms, and there's no markings on them either?? It says they were going through a nasty divorce and then this happens.

imagine, theyre calling it as of now a double murder-suicide... as for markings, there are no bullet holes thats for sure... i could only imagine how they all TRUELY died, whether by being stabbed or some sort of drug, but they seem to say that drugs isnt it...

"There were no signs of gunshot wounds or stabbing, according to Pope. Authorities are not ruling out other causes, such as poisoning, suffocation or strangulation. Pope told ABC News that his department is looking at this situation as a "possible double murder, suicide."

Pope said "the instruments of death were located on scene," but he would not specify what those instruments are or where in the house the bodies were found. Pope added the department is "not actively searching for any suspects outside of the house."

An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. However, it could be weeks before there is a result."

WAGA, a FOX-owned and operated television station in Atlanta, reported that investigators believe Benoit killed his wife and 7-year-old son over the weekend, then himself on Monday.

The three bodies have been received by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s crime lab, in Decatur, Ga., where autopsies will be performed Tuesday morning. Toxicology reports will not become available for at least two weeks.

WWE.com has further information relating to both the investigation and the cause of death, but the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department has requested that WWE.com not release any additional details at this time.

as the thread owner I totally agree......when I typed the thread I read that the 3 had been found slain...there was no other info......and the fact that the child was involved is what bothers me the most........so in fact if he did commit the crimes.......I will have other wishes....

Money does not = happyness no matter how much you "think" it will, IMO. Especially when you have as much as he did. You look for other things.

BUT .....

I couldn't see why he would not have been happy in the situation he was in. He had a wife and son. A very well paying job. Who knows ... it's so sad to even think about it.

I watched him growing up. When I was into the entertainment type wrestling, he was my favorite wrestler, no joke. I remember when he was with the 4 horsemen! I also remember watching his wife when I was younger.

From the sounds of everything, he probably did do it. What a shame. My prayers go out to the family & friends.

Justin, was his wife a wrestler or something........she looks familiar but it's been quite some time.....Drake was into it big time a few years ago...we went to a few house shows and one Monday Night Raw that was televised.......I remember it was the night Jericho and Cena were supposed to have a music battle....Cena rapped and Jericho decided not to perform for Cleveland......

Apparently he strangled his wife, smothered his son, and hung himself.

If you are going to kill yourself atleast have the decency to leave everyone else out of your plan.

Yeah, known as "Woman". She was the manager that always interfered and occasionally even had her own matches.

Apparently they say he may have killed them because of steroid use. WTF? They still comtinue to let the wrestlers use steroids? They should do it like the other "real" pro sports .... test them. So sad.

And he has 2 other children still alive (past relationship) acc. to that last article.

It's obvious that he was on gear, much like almost every other athletic genre (even been seen in golf and ping pong), but even some of the most roided up over testosteroned people don't do crap like this. Just takes a plain ole' psycho to go and do something like this. His poor wife and kid. Also feel bad for his 2 remaining kids from the past relationship that now have to bare the thought of their dad being a killer if so.
