Round Up in Smithfield II

Time: 9am - 3pm
Place: Historic Main Street in Smithfield, Virginia
Cost: $20 (Pre-Register by May 5th) or $25 (Day of Show)

On May 12, 2012 the Town of Smithfield will again close historic Main Street and fill it with Mustangs. You are invited to be part of this annual event which includes fun, food, music, shopping, a farmers market and much more.

The show runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Registration begins at 9:00 AM and all cars must be in place by 11:00 AM.

This will be a Top 75 show with Specialty Awards. Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 registered cars.

Pre-registration is $20.00 per car if registered and paid by May 5. After May 5 the registration fee will be $25.00.

This event is being hosted by Peninsula Mustang Enthusiast and the Town of Smithfield with all proceeds benefiting the Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters (CHKD).

Just a reminder about this...we currently have 50 Mustangs pre-registered and are expecting a lot more!!

Weather is looking perfect (no jinx), so come out and have some fun while raising money for charity!!

On behalf of Peninsula Mustang Enthusiast we would like to say a big “Thank You” to each and every one of you who came out and supported our show “The Round-up In Smithfield II”. Along with the help of our show sponsor, Smithfield Foods we will be able to donate approximately $3,300 from this show to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. This could not have been possible without your support and we truly do appreciate it.

We ended up with 131 registered Mustang participants.

We will be having the Round-up in Smithfield III next year and as soon as we have the date confirmed we will let you know so you can put it on your calendars in hopes that you will come back and also help us to spread the word.

We welcome any feedback about the show good or bad. We will do our best to make the show bigger and better every year.
