Engine RPMs dropping issue

Question for anyone with a 2014 mustang gt. I was driving and out of nowhere my rpms dropped to 0 like the car was off and my battery light came on and within 2-3 seconds light turned off and rpms went back to normal. 2nd time this has happened. Any ideas would be really helpful!
