Just wondered if I could get some feedback from auto guys with different rearend gears. I not trying to start the debate again about which ratio to choose, but rather what are your cruising rpms at say 60mph with 3.73s v/s 3.90s v/s 4.10s. Also, if anyonw has access to an automated gear ratio calculator for our cars that would work too. Also, I tend to drive with the O/D off, as i don't really like to be shifting in and out of 4th all the time. So, I am about 2700 or so when I'm in the upper 60 mph range. what kind of rpms would I be at with the O/D off and going like 65 with (3.73, 3.90, 4.10 etc.)

Thanks for any info!

With the o/d off driving at 45mph Im at 2500rpm. If Im going to be driving faster than 45 I turn the o/d on with the 4.10's.

With the o/d on driving at 55mph @ 2100, 70mph @ 2600, 80mph @ 3000, 90mph @ 3400 and, 115mph @ 4300.

Hope this helps....

I have 3.73's, and at ~85mph, I'm at about 3k RPMs. I don't know if that's absolutely normal, since my Speedo is still acting flaky after the recalibration, so I may be going a little slower than that....
