When you use RTV on the end rails, how long do you let the RTV sit and cure till you bolt the lower down? Thanks,Phil.

Make sure it is clean clean clean. use mineral spirits when your done scrapping

I wouldn't wait much more than 5 minutes. Make sure you are not skimpy on the bead. 1/4" will do. Use studs with slots in the end to position the lower so you dont move it around. Putbolts in the other holes and then remove the studs with a screwdriver.

I didnt use enough RTV the 1st time and it leaked...

the rtv needs to cure after you put the intake on, not before. put the intake on right after you rtv it. once you've bolted it down, it needs to cure for however long it says on the package. it's best not to run the engine until after that amount of time has passed.

like djha90 said, don't be afraid to use a really thick bead.
