I had a florida certificate of destruction title, in KY we can repair, send in the paper work and get a KY Rebuilt title. My friend did a camaro this way, ended up selling it to a guy in Florida, he took it back to Florida and licensed it with no problem.

I have never understood why they will COD a title with minimal damage. I even saw a 2006 GMC crew cab theft recovery on the sale list the other day with a Florida COD, 8000 miles and NO DAMAGE

The truck was MINT and in Like new condition
