Hello, I'm Sam. This may be a long shot but, I'm trying to locate my Dad's 1969 Mach1. It's a 351 Windsor, 4 speed with a 3.90 gear and the color is Black Jade.
The only problem is, I do not have the VIN#. The car was from a dealership, in West Virginia and was delivered to Frank Tiege Ford in Portsmouth, Ohio in 1970.
Dad bought the car for 3495.00 and the last owners name is Mark Spence. He moved from Portsmouth, Ohio to Alabama. I believe back in the 80s.
All I want is a picture with it and maybe one last ride. Dad passed away 3 years ago December. He'd sold the car in 1983 to purchase a home. Any information would be grateful.

Thank you so much for any info!
Sam Gilbert.

Welcome to !

My condolences on your dad passing a few years ago.

You're right, it's probably a long shot, but I wish you the best of luck in finding any info you're able to!

Thank you so much! Yeah, a long shot for sure. It's just too sentimental to me. If I had the car, it would never be for sale.
I appreciate you adding me to this group. Have a wonderful day,
Sam Gilbert...

I can totally relate to that sentiment Sam. I still have my dad's project car 40+ years later....
