Hi everyone,

I was changing the brakes on the car and decided I would take a few pictures and let you guys take a look if you get a chance and maybe tell me more about my car. I have owned it just about a year now and am trying to figure out what has been done to it. Granted I didnt take the best pictures but maybe enough for you guys to see something out of whack.

I have been having a random pop sound coming from the back that through the forum and basic knowledge think its narrowed down to the shocks.

TIA for any information.

You have Steeda lowering springs, some aftermarket caster camber plates (most likely Ford Racing), and some weird brake pads I have never seen before. The popping noise could be many different things. Just take it to a shop and have them give you an idea.

Might also be the upper or lower control arms making the pop? Aftermarkets usually have a little pop to them if they aren't greased.

Something else to consider.

The shocks/struts look pretty worn. My front passenger side suspension was making an awful pop noise during the winter - ended up the Tie Rod was shot - but don't need to worry about those on the back of your car
