Your 1999 Mustang does have the 35th badge on the fender(as all 1999 Mustangs do), but is not a "Limited Edition" GT. Please see the link below for more information.

I know 515 crystal white 1999 limited editions were produced. Does any one know how many of the 515 where convertibles vs coupes?
