nevermind the fact that the car has absolutly no way to read how much air is coming in the motor, because of course, there is no MAF. Great thinking right there.

it's a shame, with some paint it could actually be a pretty nice car, even the engine bay was fairly tidy

If he had a hood scoop or something, such as a early 80's fox, but functional, I would say that would be a good setup, but that there is a hot air setup.

All-around, stupid non-upgrades aside, that doesn't look like a bad GT at all, really ... although it's not worth anywhere near the $3,000 he wants for a buy-it-now price. I'd say $2,000 tops, maybe more like $1,700. Good interior, at least.
