should i IMRC delete?

looks like i am going to have to pull my heads to replace the guides.i noticed i have frayed cables,and they need replacement.has anyone ever deleted theirs?will i lose all my bottom end torque?thanks.

Go buy a used Mach 1 motor from Kar Kraft and pull the heads, cams and fuel system and intake and then sell the short block. Their selling used mach motors for less than 2K and you will better room for more impressive mod gains, will make more power, no IMRC's and you can eventually bolt up a new FR500 intake to them.

I personally think the car will have no balls in the lowend with out the IMRCs. The FR500 intake manifold uses a setup similar to IMRCs for that great powerband the FR500 setup produces. If you do delete the IMRCs you will have to get a chip burned to tell the PCM.
