It occured to me today as I froze my butt off in my garage working on the Stang, that I had something sitting on my shelf that would work real nice to insulate panels and odd spaces on our cars. I use a specific foam when I make waterfalls, it expands, but not crazy like Great Stuff. The other benefit is that it is waterproof, black and flexible. It's called Rockin' Foam. I know that it does not absorb water, as I have gone back months after an installation and the stuff never got wet, even with a constant flow of 7,000 gallons per hour.
