Spark plug threading - 5.0 and 98 Cobra

Does anyone know if a 98 Cobra has the same threading as 5.0?

My friend has a compression checker for his 5.0 and I want to know if it will fit a 98 Cobra I'm looking at buying.

i am pretty sure itll fit. there is a 50% chance. But i am like 90% sure its the same. Why not just pull a plug and see if it threads in.

It's because I don't have the cobra right now. I am looking to buy it and if it fits then I'll take my friend along to check it out, if not ill see if anyone else I know has a tester. Thanks.

Anyone know for sure?

compression testers generally come w/ the standard end and then a fitting to make it bigger, so hopefully he has the fitting. You could know for sure if you to autozone and ask for a spark plug for a 98 cobra and compare.
