I have a bbk xpipe and towards the back where it conects to my muffler the bracket can go over the flare of the exhaust giving me no sealing between it and the pipe to the muffler...this is b/c my car is lowered and it sometimes scraps...is there a tool that will spread the flare some more so the bracket doesnt come off????( hope you guys can understand what i am trying to say)

hammer may work, i believe you are saying that it is bent too flat to hold the bracket on possibly a metal plate between the flange and hammer and bang in the middle to keep it even...

if you got an autozone close by, they rent out exaust flaring tools to help with things like that. you pay for the tool when you get it, they refund you when they get it back.

Pick up a U-bolt for your size exhaust and clamp it down with the bolts facing up or to the side.

I'm with PWN - get that pipe flared one way or another, or do away with the flange and come up with some other means of securing the pipes.
