This is on my long list for sure, but it really bothers me. My paint has its nicks and scratches, but this spot is the worst of it (I bought it like this).
Is there any way of fixing this, other than a full respray of the bumper cover?
I guess because it’s just......so in my line of sight...... every time I walk into the garage that it’s starting to wear me down.

Got to be sanded out and repainted, I imagine you could do a spot repair but then your trying to blend etc.
If there is any other blemishes in the bumper you could take care of it all at once.

Rest of the bumper is fine. I figured there’s no easy way out. This spot just really aggravates me! I’ll probably just have to learn to live with it until I’m ready for a full paint job!

With spider cracking like that the only way to repair them is to take the paint down to the plastic. If you were to just sand it smooth and primer it without taking off the paint it will show up again right away. If you have a shop repaint your car you may want to weigh the cost of a new cover vs repair. The proper way to paint a car is to take it completely apart (door handles, belt moldings, bumper covers, 1/4 windows, trim etc) so the bumper would already be off. After a new one is painted it will have less material on it.

Now that you have the serious answers, I can post a brainstorm. The 79 Monza Spyder and Mustang Cobra had hood and other graphics that looks like spiders to me. You could add those graphics and accentuate the spider web effect.
