Random question does anyone know if the rs spoiler from a Focus could would fit a 1990 mustang hatchback

Ramdom answer, yes it could, I imagine it is not a direct bolt on but it could be made to work, how it will look will be subjective, I'm thinking it will not look right,

Not directly. You'd have to custom fab something up. I'm gonna go along the lines of I don't see it looking pretty good
