Car Info: 98 GT 5 Speed
Problem Description: Ever since I recently installed the Dallas Mustang Speed cal i have had a wierd dropping in RPMs when the car is idling. It never dies but it gets close. I havent noticed any performance reduction although it does seem to surge at times when driving. The rpms drop spontaneously about every 5-7 seconds or so. It happens when rolling to a stop(with the car in neutral) and when stopped. I believe the speed cal to be set up properly as my speedo is working and is accurate(or at least by as far as I can tell). Just curious as to see if anyone else has had a similar issue after installing the DM SpeedCal. Of if anyone can point me in a possible direction to starting finding this gremlin.

Thanks!
-Brian

Give DM a call and ask them for advise. Also, a member here invented the SpeedCal. I believe his username is TriBlkCobra.
