My 01 would do it on the drives side. If I remeber it was just dry seals/weather stripping.

try lubing up the window seal player

Take it in for repair

The felt has worn off of the window guide channels. You are still under warranty so get them replaced. I did. Don't be surprised if a window motor goes out also.

I fixed it by spraying the rubber area and top and front of the window with the stuff that I spray on my vinyl interior (the "greasy kid stuff"). That got rid of the squeek.

New tint made the noise go away for me...didn't plan it that way, but that's what happened. I had bought some dry graphite, but never had a chance to try it.

Get some silicone spray from menards or autozone.
Spray inside the rubber triangle where the window makes contact. That is where that squeel comes from.

Trust me it'll be gone. Has not done it in a yr.
It started a month after I bought it.

But it's alllll gooood now.

I spray cue tips with silicone and apply inside of rubber tracks. It lasts a while...then re-apply as needed.

My driver side squeeked bad for awhile, then the power window motor went south. Ford replaced it under warranty ( ) but scratched the hell outta my tint ( ). They reimbursed me for the re-tint.

There was some good advice above.

My windows used to squeak. It is from the rubber on the front triangle portion of the window. Im sure silcon or some kind of lubricant spray would work. I am still under warranty. I took that in and they ended up just replacing the triangle portion with some new rubber. Sounds like that have done that warranty work ALOT more than once. No more squeaks
