Since May was the last time you posted on this particular issue, could you please update us with all of the fixes you have tried?

my buddy who drives an 01 gt had a similar problem he went through everything ie: balance, alignment, turned rotors. It ended up being warped rotors. Apparently if a rotor is warped bad enough it will REwarp even if it is turned straight. He replaced his rotors and it didn't happend again.

Make sure whoever is doing your alignments is using a torque wrench to put your lugs back on. 85-105 lb

I tried shaved rotors also but wheel does shake still, might try new rotors when I put on my new springs, yeah the wheels got torqued properly

your struts are probably shot. That's the only thing that has ever fixed for me in the past. Just get some good ones, and enjoy that like-new feel

Heres a rule of thumb-

If the steering wheel shakes it in the front-end. ( tie-rods, ball joints ect. ect.

If your ass (seat) shakes its your tires.

Hope that helps ya.......

Im pretty sure my rotors have uneven material on them, and Im pretty sure my front end is worn, i've got alot of miles.
However, a brake job has revived the streering shake and smoothed out the car in the past, but it came back. My rotors are screwed i beleive.
Why would my wheel shake even worse while braking during a turn? still think its the front end? struts are mabey 20000 miles old. Granted, they are cheap monroe struts...but stilll

I was wondering if that is my problem. The high speed balancing didnt help much this time. Im thinking the springs are finally taking their toll on the stock struts. Im going to replace the shocks and struts after the tax refund so we shall see.

I've replaced wheels/tires, rear end gears, posi, rotors, pads, a arms, balljoints, steering rack, tie rod ends, c/c plates, struts/shocks, springs, swaybars, endlinks, bushings and I get steering wheel vib pretty bad sometimes. Also replaced passenger side wheel bearing / spindle 2 weeks ago.

My brakes squeal on the passenger side real bad so I'm almost wondering if the pad is sticking in the caliper or the caliper is bad or something.

dust shield isnt rubbing. I checked clearances about 5 times because I had to use bolts to hold the dust shield onto the new spindle since I didn't have the 1/4" rivets. I'm going to pull the pad off later and see if it looks like it's getting stuck in the caliper. A friend told me he had to shave pads down 3 seperate times on an 01 and 2 02 gt's, all on the passenger side, because it was binding in the caliper and not retracting from the rotor.
