The shi*ts finally over for us, atleast for now.. Zach still has the power out, as does pretty much all of Ormond, Daytona, S daytona, and edgewater..

Winds were wicked last night, as i stayed up all night to watch.
Trees are all over, as ar branchs and whatnot.
As far as i know, only one women was killed in all this, due to messing with a down power line. That is, in my area only...

These pics are from only a Catagory 1, with winds of 85mph.. I feel bad for The folks who had 145, 120mph winds.

Since I've been to your house I know your block is like a forest with a few houses on it. Glad you guys made it. Many deaths in Punta Gorda. Still finding bodies left and right.

my parents are in longboat key, near sarasota. luckily for them, it veered east just before it got there, or it would have gone right over them. they didn't get much.

of course, anybody on here that did have a rough time, we're not gonna hear from for a few days or longer cuz the power's down. so, so far nobody on here is hurtin

Glad you guys are ok.

a co-workers mom lives in florida were it got the worst, her house is on a canal and 10ft above sea level. She went to higher ground but they fig. the house is a total loss. No other word on the house but they are ok too.

wholly ****, thats only cat 1? yikes i thought cat 3 was when it started to get dangerous but that doesnt look like much fun to sit through
