not true, both are very durable and technology has come along way with the wrist pin placement....no worries with either.

i would just make sure that you choose a quality assembly and have a good builder/machinist do the rest for you.

i personally wouldnt go w/ any other kit than the coast high one... heard to many horror stories..

make sure and use a top quality piston. many people still think 347's with a 5.4 rod have an oil ring land that intersect with the piston pin.. not so
