I got the triple chrome T handle from MGW, its very comfortable, and I have more leverage in my shifts... I have big hands so the ball was kind of akward to use

I purchased the MRT- T shifter handle from here on Partshopper. I love it and I get complements about it all the time.

I have the Hurst T-handle which has ergonomics shaped like your hand is when grasping it, not just a consistant tube shape. When adjusted properly it will help you hit the gears better when pulling and pushing to shift. Oh yea, it's comfortable too!

guess i'll have the dissenting opinion...I hated my hurst T-handle...made it very akward, esp. at the track. Went back to a hurst ball and wont ever use a T-handle again!

I second that. I had a t-handle on a '90 5.0 with a Hurst. Very awkward to row the gears in my opinion.

I use to run a T-handle on my Tri-Ax. I liked it, My wife however hated it so it was back to the ball, she likes holding my balls

I have heard that too and if it's not adjusted properly (not saying it wasn't for you) or it is in a car that the shifter is sitting too far to the right it will be a problem. If the shifter sits closer to your body or should I say leg, then the Hurst T-handle will work great.

I had a big Impala with one on it and the shifter was so far to the right I could adjust it for the 2-3 shift but when it was just right for that shift I could not hit the 3-4 shift, so on that car I used the ball knob. Now I had a drag car that I put the Hurst Super Shifter in it and it was right up against my leg due to the straight shift rods used with that style and the T-handle worked perfect on it. In my Mustang using the Pro-5.0 with the 5380015 Hurst shift stick, cut 2" shorter, the T-handle works great.

I guess what I am saying is it all really depends on what shifter/stick set-up you have and how you sit in relation to the shifter.

Wouldn't it be more correct to say she "...likes holding your ball."
singular.
