Use a BFH.................

The glass is removed from the inside out,
you need to pry the rubber lip from the inside to release the glass from the
body.

The easiest way is to cut the rubber around the glass from the outside and remove the glass, then replace the seal when installing.

I second the cutting of the gasket on the back glass.

They normally leak even with new gaskets so most of the time glass shops put "generous" amounts of silicon on/in/around the gaskets making it just about impossible to take them back out. cutting it out is generally the answer.

If you have rear window defrost, remember to disconnect the small spade connectors first.

Just to make sure we haven't mislead you, you will have to remove the chrome window moldings first.
