Geez Paul I didn't even see you last night. Too bad about the half-shaft.

Here is a sample of the video I'm putting together. It's not final (forgot to put Paul's name in there, and one other thing Patrick will probably notice ). The resolution is tiny and the frame rate is 12 fps, but even so it's over 8 megabytes.

Right click, save as

I'm going to export some bigger versions, an intermediate one that will probably be 10's of megabytes, and a full-resolution one that will definitely require bandwidth to download.

And I'll burn a DVD for anybody who wants it but just doesn't have the bandwidth to get it.

Nice job Dave. I would have chosen a later lap. You know what I mean.

I picked up Pinnacle Studio today.

They all seemed like cruisin laps from the camera. I think it will be better with traffic.

What Patrick means is that he would rather I used a lap where he was driving, and not the instructor.

Problem is, my WMV import utility is commercial, running in demo mode, and it won't import the whole file. So I was not able to get a complete lap in the C6 with Patrick driving. Sorry :-(. I may try to convert the WMV files on my laptop, if I can get that working I will try to find a lap with you driving, Patrick.

Here is one that is a lot better than the first. It is 320x240, 15 fps. Sound is a lot better as well.

Right click, save as (11.4 MiB)

I'm working on the 640x480 one, it'll be a few more hours before it finishes encoding.

looks like some replies got removed.

Dave - I have the last 5 laps cut down to one lap each. The first one I sent to Keith. It was 6.7mbs. I can send it and the others if you send me your e-mail.

Best lap appears to be about a 1:42 lap.
