Hey everyone I'm new here and I have a question. I'm thinking of buying a 92' Mustang notch that's been converted to a V-8. What are the legalities with emissions and just swapping from a 4 to a V-8 here in the DFW area? The last thing I want to do is buy it, dump tons of money into it just to find out it's not legal. Also if it is legal, what things should I look for when I check out the car. I know it's missing the engine and trans so I'm assuming a V-8 wiring harness, but what other things are involved with this kind of swap? Thanks for all the newbie help!!!
