There are videos out there. For slabs, look up "Alaskan Mill". You can make that easy. The tough part is the slabs have to be dried (either kiln or over years) or youll have all sorts of issues. But other than that, the epoxy comes with instructions and you must follow them to the letter.Where can i learn how to do this? are there certain youtube videos showing the correct way? I just dropped some big trees and can cut slabs from them for cool stuff like this.
No, you can. Just gotta build the mill. The tough part is finding a way to dry them. you either wait a long time or find a way to have them kiln dried.Ah ok so i cant just cut them myslef huh...... shame the trees have some cool looking lightning damage
I assume he does, they’ll be dirty as fck though. Want me to ask him?Ok, I'm going to quit posting wood projects here, in the same fashion as political debates don't belong. I have a FB page if you wanna follow along: Colsch Craft.
Anywho, I've been trying to find an upper rear seat cushion for my coupe. The ONLY one ive found so far was for $200, just the upper cushion. What in the hell is going on?!? @Davedacarpainter does that guy with the junkyard have a cheap one laying around maybe??? It'd be worth my time to make the drive.
Stand by, may have a lead on a couple a bit closer. But dirty is fine, as long as they're cheap. Youre in OKC, right?I assume he does, they’ll be dirty as fck though. Want me to ask him?

The pre-87 cushions don't fit either I found out. If Id have known how much of a pain this was going to be, i would have kept my other seats!yeah i offered my old one some time ago.... but nope they dont fit...
