Yeah, I had to get creative with the seat brackets with my fox as well. I actually had to ditch my power driver seat because of the added inch in height it took up. I don't have that problem with my Cougar however. If its anything, its roomy. Both my father and brother mounted their seats on the floor board to sure that issue....
I can believe it... It is funny how people are different. I am 5'10", my brother is 6'2". I actually keep the seat as far, if not further back than him, yet he needs it on the floor whereas I run it up almost all the way. My father and brother have a longer upper body, I have a longer lower body... Interesting and might sound queer to some, but I have noticed this with every vehicle of theirs I have driven, from trucks, to cars, to the race car!
Yeah, I used to run with my seat not quite all the way back as well. I found myself too far away from the wheel and shifter otherwise. I was still smashing my knees into the dash at times though. Thank god for adjustable telescopic steering in the newer models. They may even have adjustable pedals too.....I’m not 100% sure?
sorry, I forgot that 1/8th inch makes a big difference. my bad.....bitch you are shorter than me.
