Pahah I've been hiding in my new house I just bought ... I actually am about to throw a bomb at my car right now. Just took it for a drive and the car crept up to well over 250 degrees never done that before and both my fans are running I'm not sure if I still have fluid or not never checked before I drove off. I realized it was doing this after I left the gas station and it would break up real bad after 2k rpm so I'm thinking that's due to the high temps.

I know right! I'm wanting to basically extend the roof line over to make a nice garage but I gotta see what my building restriction line is because right now I'm about 75 feet from my property line on that side.

75ft huh, seems like plenty to me unless you have some crazy property line codes. I can build within 5' where I live. Your problem looks to be your meter on the side of your house, overhead power and some kind of vent (maybe dryer?).

Anyways, congrats on the new home!

Power lines and box can be moved by the power company and yes that's the dryer which could be somewhat easy to fix. Hopefully I can build that close
