Technically I think she was sucked out of the plane up to her waist, and pulled back inside after several mintues suffocating outside. Really sucky way to go.

Not to mention the fact that the plane was still traveling at several hundred miles an hour while she was hanging out.

Also the shrapnel that came off the engine to cause the hole and injury the passengers. I'm pretty sure they said the shrapnel is what killed her. Not my idea of a fun time.
