Throttlebody question

How the hell do you get the sensor off. The two screws wont budge.

If they won't budge, you'll probably need to grind a slot into them so you can take a flat blade to them. Some of them, like mine, had some loctite on the threads... Time to bust out the dremel.

Soak em with PB Blaster and let em sit a spell. If that stuff works on header bolts then it will work on ANYTHING.

Before I sprayed a considerable amount of anything on the TPS I would make sure my battery is disconnected. Try to make sure you get everything dried out before reassembling, too. Don't know how liquid/moisure proof the TPS is - I'm assuming it's just a variable resistor, but it does have voltage going to it, so better safe than sorry? Just a thought.
