So who here has a 600hp turbo Mustang? Buelller? Bueller?
Come on guys. Use some common sense. Turbocharging makes for very steep torque curves. Saying "600hp" doesn't tell the whole story. I can't speak for that run on Pass Time (esp. since I didn't see it yet), but in all honesty it depends on how the car was built up. Did the guy use a 2-step? Does the car start spooling high at 4000 rpm, leaving a narrow power band (dyno queen)? Was nitrous used to help spool?
Anyway, I've seen plenty of N/A V8's flunk runs on Pass Time. I can pick out some Youtube videos of DSMs going nuts in streetable trim.[/rant]
