I went to watch some buddies race, and didn't intend to race myself. But you know how peer pressure gets to you.

Anyway, totally stock G35x, full tank (20 gal) of gas, full size spare tire, and 50 pounds of misc gear and tools in the trunk. I also have what is considered the slowest model G35 produced.

My best run of the day

And for the hell of it...me taking down a 5.0 Mustang

PS: if you cant see, my best run was a 14.7 @ 94MPH with a 2.1 60-footer. I wish i took the weight out and on;y had a 1/4 tank..but oh well.

Damn, I didn't think those things were that fast!! I refuse to fall into peer pressure to race my DD. I tend to break things too often, I want my LX to last lol.

Lol, more than likely i'll never race it again. So i'll never know if i coult hit a 14.5-14.6 if i lightened it up a bit. Oh well. I didn't buy the car to race, i bought it cuz it's damn good in the snow with the AWD and still fast enough to be fun

Haha Mike, thats great! The G35s move out pretty good. Imagine a RWD 6-speed one. You would be hooked and racing every weekend with it .

thats not too shabby, those cars are pretty impressive, there was a guy around boston that was selling one on the massdriven forums that had a cog driven procharger, that car was pretty sick.

I really tried to get my mom to get one. Hell, I might even visit more if she does.
