I love how this car can prove I am an idiot. Couldn't figure out why the car stumbles and backfires at wot after installing durspark setup. One day, yesterday to be precise, the car began to really run like crap. Checked with vacuum gauge, bounced from 13 to 14. "Damn," I thought, "must be a sticking or burnt valve." Visions of scraping together the money for a valve job screamed through my head... Emailed a friend, he suggested ignition. Ok, I'm game, opened the cap...

Funny, I read somewhere the straight tower bar fit w/ duraspark...

Took the bar off, replaced the spacer and rotor, instant raped ape... Damn

I run a curved on on my 65' 393w with a duraspark. No issues contact issues. Bent like it was made for the duraspark. I do think that it is more apt to flex though, compared to a straight bar. Oh well, got to be better than nothing. Hopefully the export brace adds additional side to side support too.
