TPS removal

Is there any trick to removing the TPS? cause i tried and tried to get the screws to come off but ive started to round the 1 screw and im scard to try any more.... and would anyone have a name of a cleaner i can use to clean my MAF thanks

Had the same problem till I figured this out... Get a long ratchet or a breaker bar and put a socket holding a phillips head bit. Make sure its a large enough bit so that it completely occupies the screw head, as this will prevent rounding. Should come right off.
