alright so i was told this was a direct swap but so far i have run into nothing but problems, currently the last issue i cannot get past is the driveshaft yoke, it wont go into the transmission enough to get the driveshaft to make with the year axle, any help is appreciated

It sounds like you're going to need a longer driveshaft. Not all TR-3550s were built the same.

You bought it used?

ended up trimming the yoke to fit,everything is in the car now but, now it wont go into gear at all, clutch kinda engages and the car starts to move then stops as if its still in neutral

That is kinda odd to me... I was able to use my stock drive shaft with my TKO 600... C6 yoke was needed is all...

I assume with all the parts you put on your car you do have a firewall adjuster?
