Track times w/new car

Finally made it to the track with my new car(first standard car i've owned) I was really taking it easy out of the hole.....didnt want to hook it up to a wreaker. So here are my times:

First run: Had to get out of it alittle in 2nd(wheelhop)
60ft --- 2.203
1/8ET --- 8.601
1/8MPH --- 91.44
1/4ET --- 13.032
1/4MPH --- 110.85

Second run:
60ft --- 2.347
1/8ET --- 8.718
1/8MPH --- 88.05
1/4ET --- 13.132
1/4MPH --- 111.44

Third run: Ran a older model 5.0 (sounded like it had alittle motor work) He thought he was going to outrun me pretty easy. At the top of second i was beside him and pulling hard so i guess he figured he would save hiself from any more embarrassment and he got out of it. He swore up and down i sprayed on him. Pretty happy with this run even though the 60ft sucked

Yeah they help out along with my nitto drag radials. On that pass i didnt heat them up like i should have and it hopped alittle on the 1st to 2nd shift.

Good info there, congrats on the 12.8 I will be getting the 315 nitto drags for mine soon. Couldnt get mine int o the 12s yet with the wheelhop from the stock tires. Did you ever run yours with the stock goodyears? What could you manage for a time with them?

Never got a chance to run on goodyears. I need to work on getting this thing off the line.
