I have a 2000 GT. My problem is that the traction control will not turn OFF.
The dash light comes on when engine starts. When traction control button is pushed it wont turn off. Is there a a way to override or some secret to turning it off other than pushing the button? Also the light on button never comes on so I dont even know if it is working at all.

Look in your instruction manual. There's 2 fuses in the engine control panel you can pull out but they'll also disable your ABS & turn that light on as well.

No secret to turning it off, really. To test if it's functioning, spin the tires. You'll know.
