trouble with floor heat

anyone having trouble with floor heat coming out defrodt in there 2005 mustang

Do you mean engine/drivetrain heat coming out of the air vents? I haven't had anything like that. However, the tranny tunnel does get warmer in my 2005 than it did in my 2000, both 5-speeds. No heat "trouble" to speak of, though.

Do you mean you are getting airflow on the floor when running the defrost setting?

If you mean having hot air coming out of the defroster vents when you have it set for floor heat, yes mine does that too. When I took it to the dealer for other work I was told this was normal. Not sure why but I guess it does not hurt anything.

It is normal and no one setting on the dial completely gets 100% airflow.
