Hey guys, I have a 2011 5.0 and am looking at the BOSS 302 intake manifold. With a computer tune, the gains are supposed to be in the neighborhood of 50 hp and 40 lbft. However, I'm pretty sure the stock auto tranny can just barely handle the power already under the hood, so I'm somewhat weary about adding that much to it. Anyone with experience care to tell me if I need to beef up the tranny or not? Thanks.
